REMINDER: The revised deadline to apply for articling positions is July 20!   JMA has been fortunate to work with many sharp social-justice-minded students as they launch their careers, particularly in labour, employment, and human rights law and we look forward to welcoming another student for the 2021-2022 articling year.  Labour and employment law has an important role to play in addressing systemic discrimination, including systemic racism, in the workplace.

JMA promotes diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and students who are Black, Indigenous, other people of colour, persons with disabilities, or LGBTQ+ are encouraged to apply

Observant visitors may have noticed a couple new faces on the website lately.  Alycia Shaw joined Jewitt McLuckie & Associates this past February, and Cara Ryan, who has been our articling student for the past 10 months, has graduated to Associate as of her very recent call to the bar this month. We’re delighted to welcome them both to the JM&A team as we continue to fight the good fight for labour unions and working people.
